Who is this service for?
For organisations and their teams, for leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs, and for trainers.
Organisations and their teams
Companies, government and semi-government bodies, private schools and non-profits in Qatar that need to close a skills gap with a programme built on their context and calendar.
Leaders and business owners
Short, intensive programmes in strategy, leadership and governance, among peers at the same level.
Professionals and entrepreneurs
A skill you can apply at work straight away, or practical foundations in business models, marketing, sales and franchising applied to a real venture.
Trainers and training providers
Propose a programme delivered within the council’s framework and to its standards, or sharpen your craft through the trainer development programme.
What is included?
This page brings every training format together, each with its own audience, length and mode of delivery, and fees are announced with each programme. Tailored programmes for organisations can also be requested on their own from their service page.
Programmes for organisations
A programme built on your team’s context, delivered at your premises, at a venue in Doha or online, with one coordinator through to the evaluation report.

Programmes with knowledge partners

How we work
Four steps for organisations. Individuals hear about each programme first, and a seat is confirmed on payment.
Discovery call
We learn about your organisation, what you want your team to master, who will take part, and when.
Needs analysis and written proposal
We define the target skills and the participants’ level, then send a proposal naming the topics, trainer, duration, format, language and the issuer of any certificate, which your organisation reviews before anything is signed.
Delivery
At your premises, at a venue in Doha or online, with one coordinator accountable for the schedule, the trainer and the materials.
Evaluation and report
Participants are evaluated, and your organisation receives a report with the results and recommendations for the next step.

Frequently asked questions
Can you design a programme for my organisation?
Yes. Work starts with a discovery call, then a needs analysis that defines the target skills and the number and level of participants. A written proposal follows, naming the topics, the trainer, the duration, the format, the language and the issuer of any certificate, and your organisation reviews it before agreement and delivery.
Who issues the certificate, and is it accredited?
Every programme names the body that issues its certificate before registration opens, and a partner that issues it is named. Where a certificate is described as accredited, the body that accredits it is named with it. The council does not present itself as an accrediting body.
How do I find out about upcoming programmes and their fees?
Register your interest on this page and you will receive each programme’s announcement when registration opens. It gives the date, fee, format, language, trainer and certificate issuer. Your seat is confirmed on payment, and the postponement and refund terms are announced with each programme.
Where are programmes delivered, and in which language?
Programmes for organisations run at the organisation’s premises, at a venue in Doha, online or in a blended format, as set out in the written proposal. Each open programme announces its format and language, Arabic, English or both, when it is published.
How do these programmes differ from the council’s events?
A programme centres on skills your team acquires: it has defined learning outcomes, a named trainer, participant evaluation, and an attendance statement or a certificate from a named body. Conferences, forums and seminars, which bring people together around a subject, are on the Conferences & Events page.
How can I join as a trainer?
Submit your programme proposal through the request form on this page, with your CV, your qualifications and the bodies that awarded them. The programmes team reviews it against published criteria: credentials from named bodies, demonstrable training experience, a sample programme outline, and references. Trainers pay no fee to be accepted.
Request the service
Three short steps. We arrange a discovery call with organisations, notify individuals when a programme is announced, and review trainers’ proposals against the programme standards.
The issuer of any certificate is announced before registration.
