No. This is a coordinated service, so the council arranges vehicles and drivers with specialist providers. Our part is the vehicle category and seating, the route schedule and pickup points, and the service duration and waiting-time arrangements agreed with the provider.
Can we keep a car for a full day across several meetings?
Yes. Service duration and waiting time are part of what gets arranged, so a vehicle and driver can stay with a guest across a run of appointments on the same day. For that we need the date, how long the car is required, the destinations and appointment schedule, and the passenger count.
What happens if a meeting overruns or the day changes?
